At Oxytocin, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based substance use disorder and behavioral health services designed to meet individuals wherever they are in their recovery journey. Our programs are individualized to each client's unique needs and are guided by the ASAM Criteria, evidence-based practices, and a whole-person approach to care.

Assessments
Chemical Dependency Assessments
Our Licensed Addiction Counselors complete comprehensive chemical dependency assessments to determine the presence and severity of substance use disorders and recommend the most appropriate level of care. Assessments may be completed for self-referrals, court requirements, employers, attorneys, probation, or other referring agencies.
Mental Health Assessments
Our mental health assessments evaluate emotional, behavioral, psychological, and social functioning to assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and referral recommendations. Assessments are individualized and designed to identify each client's strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
9 or more hours of clinical services each week (Adults)
6 or more hours of clinical services each week (Adolescents)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for individuals who require structured treatment while continuing to live, work, and participate in their community.
Services include:

Individual counseling once per week or more frequently, based on clinical need

Three structured therapeutic groups each week

Ongoing treatment planning and progress monitoring

Recovery support and relapse prevention planning
Program Structure
Phase 1 – Early Recovery
Focuses on building a strong recovery foundation through education, motivation, coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthy lifestyle development.
Phase 2 – Relapse Prevention
Builds upon early recovery by strengthening relapse prevention skills, identifying high-risk situations, improving relationships, managing stress, and developing long-term recovery strategies.
Level 1 Outpatient Services
Less than 9 hours of clinical services each week (Adults)
Less than 6 hours of clinical services each week (Adolescents)
Outpatient treatment is designed for individuals who require ongoing counseling and recovery support while maintaining their normal daily responsibilities.
Services may include:

Optional therapeutic groups based on client needs

Continued recovery monitoring and support
Phase 3 outpatient services focus on maintaining recovery, increasing independence, strengthening healthy supports, and preparing for long-term success.

Our multidisciplinary team works closely with community partners to ensure seamless referrals and continuity of care throughout the recovery process.
Assessment - Course - Treatment (ACT) Program
Assessment, Course, or Treatment (ACT)
Fee: $350 for assessment
Prime for Life Course: $50
The ACT Program includes the required chemical dependency assessment used to determine whether an individual should complete the Prime for Life educational course or substance use disorder treatment.
The Prime for Life educational course consists of 12 hours of instruction and is offered once each month over a weekend.

Minor in Possession (MIP) Program
Prime for Life 420
Educational Class Only: $200
The MIP Program provides alcohol and drug education for individuals under the age of 21 who have received a Minor in Possession citation.
The educational class consists of one six-hour session offered once each month on a Saturday.
If a court orders a chemical dependency assessment, the total cost is $350, which includes both the assessment and the required MIP educational class.

Prevention & Community Education
Prevention is an essential part of building healthier communities.
Oxytocin provides prevention education, community presentations, professional trainings, and educational workshops for:

Topics include substance use prevention, mental health awareness, fentanyl education, youth prevention, workplace education, recovery, and many other customized educational programs.
Power and Control/Relationship Accountability Program
Our Power and Control / Relationship Accountability Program is designed for individuals who have engaged in abusive, controlling, or unhealthy relationship behaviors and are seeking to develop healthier patterns of communication, accountability, and respect.
The program is based on the nationally recognized Duluth Model and incorporates the Turning Points curriculum to help participants examine the beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that contribute to coercive control, intimidation, manipulation, and relationship conflict. Rather than focusing solely on anger, the program emphasizes personal accountability, healthy relationships, empathy, respect, and lasting behavioral change.
Participants explore topics including:

Respect, equality, and trust in relationships

Recognizing patterns of coercive control

The goal of the program is to help participants understand how their behaviors affect others while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to create safe, respectful, and healthy relationships.
