If an individual is experiencing an immediate emergency, medical crisis, mental health crisis, or is at risk of harming themselves or others, they should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Text messages, emails, website submissions, and voicemail messages are intended for administrative communication and are not monitored continuously or in real time.

4. Oxytocin SMS Terms and Conditions
Introduction
By joining our SMS program provided by Oxytocin, you agree to receive recurring text messages (notifications, updates, and reminders) on the number you provide, in accordance with these Terms, which adhere to the TCPA (2026) and CTIA Best Practices.
1. Opt-In Consent
In accordance with the 2026 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. This means that by opting in, you consent to receive messages from Oxytocin only. Consent cannot be shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.
To join our SMS program, you may opt in through the following methods, in compliance with the 2026 CTIA Guidelines:
-
In-Person Paper Form: Sign or complete a paper intake form that includes a dedicated section with clear language outlining SMS consent.
-
Once enrolled in services, the SMS form will be sent to you via the HIPAA-compliant participant portal.
2. Message Frequency
You will receive no more than 3-5 messages per day, unless for urgent notifications, or you reach out for direct communication with our agency. Standard carrier rates apply.
3. Opt-Out Process
Reply “STOP” any time to end messages; “HELP” to receive support instructions; or contact info@oxytocinclinic.com / 406.314.6565.
You may need to opt out separately from different messaging conversations. NOTE: This will end appointment text reminders.
4. Terms of Consent
Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. You may receive informational messages as described at opt-in.
5. Privacy Policy
Your mobile number and interaction data are governed by our Privacy Policy: https://www.oxytocinclinic.com/notice-of-privacy-practices. Data is used solely for SMS delivery purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with authorized messaging vendors necessary to deliver communications.
6. Risk of Electronic Communication
Although Oxytocin uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, text messaging and standard email are not always encrypted. By choosing to communicate electronically, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with electronic communication, including the possibility that protected health information (PHI) could be accessed by unauthorized individuals.
7. Message & Data Rates
Standard rates may apply per your carrier plan. Oxytocin is not liable for carrier charges.
8. Record-Keeping & Compliance
We maintain detailed logs of opt-ins/opt-outs (dates, times, methods) to satisfy TCPA 2026 proof-of-consent requirements.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Significant changes will be sent via SMS or posted online. Continued participation implies acceptance.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
Message delivery depends on carrier networks; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery times.

6. Billing & Financial Responsibility
Insurance Verification
Although Oxytocin will verify insurance benefits whenever possible, verification does not guarantee payment.
Coverage
Insurance companies determine medical necessity and covered benefits. Clients remain financially responsible for services not covered by insurance.
Prior Authorization
Certain insurance plans require prior authorization before treatment begins or continues. Delays or denials by your insurance carrier may affect coverage.
Maintaining Eligibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining active insurance coverage and notifying Oxytocin of any insurance changes.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
-
Copayments
-
Coinsurance
-
Deductibles
-
Non-covered services
-
Court-ordered services not covered by insurance
Court-Ordered Services
Many court-ordered services, including DUI/ACT assessments, MIP assessments, educational classes, and other legal requirements, are not covered by health insurance because they are performed to satisfy a legal obligation rather than to diagnose or treat a medical condition. Payment for these services is the client's responsibility unless another payment arrangement has been approved. Payment is expected at the time of enrollment in assessment services and at the time of other services rendered.
Cancellations & No Shows
Appointments not canceled within the required notice period or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation or no-show fees that are not billable to insurance.
Billing Corrections
Oxytocin reserves the right to correct billing errors and submit corrected insurance claims when appropriate.
Care Coordination
With appropriate authorization or as otherwise permitted by law, Oxytocin may coordinate care with physicians, therapists, hospitals, probation officers, attorneys, schools, or other treatment providers to support continuity of care.
7. Telehealth Services
Telehealth services are provided using secure, HIPAA-compliant technology whenever clinically appropriate.
By participating in telehealth services, you acknowledge:
-
Technical interruptions may occur.
-
Internet connectivity may affect session quality.
-
Privacy cannot be absolutely guaranteed when using electronic communication.
-
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where your provider is legally authorized to practice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Oxytocin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or electronic communication systems. Nothing contained within these Terms limits any rights or protections provided under applicable Montana or federal law.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Oxytocin is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your health information in accordance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 (when applicable), and applicable Montana law. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party vendors may assist with scheduling, billing, electronic health records, messaging, and other operational functions. These vendors are contractually required to safeguard your information. SMS opt-in information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable federal laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
Oxytocin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions will take effect upon posting on this website unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of our website or services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
